Description
A boat day on the Red Sea built around water time rather than stops. Two reef moorings off Giftun with a guide in the water, a long lunch on deck, and an afternoon anchorage shallow enough to swim straight off the ladder.
Twelve guests maximum, which is roughly half what the marina boats carry.

Itinerary
Marina and briefing
Transfer from your hotel to the marina for 8:30. Gear fitting, a short safety and reef briefing, and out through the channel by 9:00.
First reef mooring
Around ninety minutes at the northern Giftun reef wall. Your guide leads a route in the water for those who want it, and stays close for anyone less confident.
Lunch on deck
Grilled fish, rice, salads and fresh bread served on the shaded aft deck while the boat repositions to the afternoon anchorage.
Shallow anchorage and return
A sandy-bottomed anchorage for easy swimming straight off the ladder, then a slow return to the marina for around 15:30 and transfers back to your hotel.
